What is the Performance Centre?
The Performance Centre is the middle level fitting into our Talent Identification Programme (TIPS).
How often do players train with LTFC?
Once a week, players continue to play and train with their club sides.
Do players play for Luton Town?
Yes, there are around 10 games per season, see the fixture button on the right for more details.
How many squads are there at the Performance Centre?
There are two squads per age group. The Under 15s and 16s are a joint age group, and there are also 2 squads at this age group.
What is the difference between the two squads?
There is no difference in terms of the level of coaching, the syllabus, the fixture programme and the qualifications of staff. The first squad is aimed for boys who are knocking on the door of the C of E in the short term. The second squad is for players who have potential to reach the C of E in the medium to long term.
Where is it held?
At Crawley Green Sports Club in Luton, on the rubber 3G Astroturf.
Who are the coaches?
All coaches are UEFA A or B Licence qualified.
