Case Study: Newman Carney
One of many success stories is Newman Carney. As a 12-year-old Newman attended our very first TIPS course in Luton on a Friday night.
After showing good promise Newman was promoted to the Performance Centre. Here he worked hard and performed so well he was offered a contract at the Centre of Excellence.
As an U15 year he represented the U18s on numerous occasions and was offered a full time scholarship at the club 1 year early. He made his full debut ifor the 1st team n Dec 2011 aged 16.
